Luke 14:16-23 16Jesus replied: “A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. 17At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is now ready.’ 18“But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, ‘I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.’
19“Another said, ‘I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I’m on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.’ 20“Still another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’ 21“The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’ 22“‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’ 23“Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in, so that my house will be full.
Movie producers want to have packed theatres. Those who own professional sports teams want to have their stadiums and arenas packed. Concert promoters want to sell out every show. Restaurant owners want to have a waiting list of those desiring to dine at their tables. Hotels and Resorts want their accommodations filled to capacity. Institutions of higher learning want to have every classroom seat filled. The amusement park wants to have every ride and show packed. The Airline wants to fill every seat on every flight. And the Lord wants every seat in His House to be filled at every assembly!

Luke 16:19-31 19"There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21and longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
22"The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23In hell,[c] where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.' 25"But Abraham replied, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. 26And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.' 27"He answered, 'Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father's house, 28for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'
29"Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.' 30" 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.'
31"He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.' "

TO LATE
He lifted up his eyes to late

Verse 1
There is peace and contentment In the Father's house today
Lots of food on His table And no one is turned away
There is singing and laughter As the hours pass by, the Father sadly cries
My house is full but My field is empty, Who will go and work for Me today
It seems My children All want to stay around My table
But no one wants to work in My field No one wants to work in My field
Verse 2
Push away from the table Look out thro' the window pane
Just beyond the house of plenty Lies a field of golden grain
And it's white unto harvest But the reapers where are they
In the house oh can't the children Hear the Father sadly say
My house is full but My field is empty, Who will go and work for Me today
It seems My children All want to stay around My table
But no one wants to work in My field No one wants to work in My field
