Pastor Bob is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene
University where he earned his Bachelor of Science
in Human Resource Management. He is also a graduate
of Mount Vernon Nazarene University where he earned
a Master of Ministry in 2003 and currently serves
on the university's Board of Trustees. Pastor
and his wife Cindy came to Huntington First Church
of the Nazarene in May of 2000. Cindy is the
church office secretary, NMI (missions) President,
and teaches a Wednesday night Bible study. The
Weaver’s have two sons Paul and Seth, six grandchildren,
one great-grandchild, and a seventy pound
white boxer that goes by the name of Joe Boxer.

My name is Ryan Stroop and I’m a 2009 graduate of
Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Major in Religion
Humanities and a minor in Youth Ministry. I grew up
in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. On July 31 2010 I am marrying
my best friend in the world, Liz Scholz. I love music
with everything inside of me; playing it, listening
it, and making it. I love hanging out with teens and
developing relationships with them. There is nothing
greater in the world than a teenager deepening their
relationship with Christ. My downfall in life is sports.
I love to watch and play all sports but baseball is
my absolute favorite. I’m excited to start my new
life with Liz and my new ministry.
